How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to Elemental Deodorant, you'll receive your favorite natural deodorant on a schedule that works for you — no running out, no reordering. Choose from the following delivery frequencies at checkout:

  • Monthly (every 30 days)
  • Bi-monthly (every 60 days)
  • Quarterly (every 90 days)
  • Every 4 months
  • Every 6 months

Subscription orders are processed automatically on your selected schedule. You'll receive an email reminder before each order is charged so you're never caught off guard.

 


 

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account:

  1. Log in at elementaldeodorant.com/account
  2. Navigate to Subscriptions to view your active orders
  3. From there you can change your delivery frequency, update quantities, swap products, or update your shipping address

Pausing Your Subscription

Life happens. You can pause your subscription at any time from your customer account — no fees, no penalties. Simply log in, select your subscription, and choose Pause. Your subscription will resume automatically on the date you select, or you can reactivate it manually whenever you're ready.

 


 

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order date. To cancel:

  1. Log in to your account at elementaldeodorant.com/account
  2. Go to Subscriptions and select the subscription you'd like to cancel
  3. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts

Cancellations take effect immediately. If your next order has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to future orders. We do not charge cancellation fees.

 


 

Changing Quantities or Delivery Address

You can update your quantity or shipping address at any time from your customer account, as long as the change is made before your next order processes. Address changes made after an order has been fulfilled may not be applied to that shipment.

 


 

Refund Policy for Subscription Orders

We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with a subscription order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@elementaldeodorant.com and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Please note: We are unable to refund orders that have already shipped if a cancellation request was not submitted before the order processing date.
