What's Elemental Deodorant made out of?

Elemental Deodorant is made from 100% all-natural organic ingredients including water, witch hazel, magnesium hydroxide, arrowroot powder, coconut oil, glycerin, tocopherol, lecithin, and xanthan gum. We never use any artificial colors or synthetic fragrances. All our scented deodorants are made with organic essential oils.

No, Elemental Deodorant does not contain any synthetic fragrances or artificial colors. All our scented deodorants are made with pure essential oils and our colors come from the natural ingredients we use.

Subscriptions

How do I log in to manage my subscription?

To manage your subscription, click on "My Account" and enter your login details. From there, you can manage all aspects of your subscription. If you do not have an account you must first register. Although you have a subscription, your login credentials are not automatically created. To create a login for your account, click here. The page will say "Create Account". Rest assured this will link you to your existing subscription. Next, input your name and the email along with a password of your choice. You will then be sent an email to activate your account. Click the button that says "Activate" in that email. From there, you can customize each subscription order, manage your order dates, delay an order, change your order frequency, update your payment method and addresses, and deactivate your subscription any time!

Can I change when I receive deliveries?

Yes, you can adjust the delivery schedule of your subscription by logging into your account and clicking on "Manage Subscriptions". 

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?

To pause or cancel your subscription, log in to your account, click on "Manage Subscription", and follow the prompts to pause or cancel. You can log into your account here. If you don’t have an account, you can create one here. Or, if you’d prefer, we’re happy to take care of it for you! Just contact us, and we will gladly pause or cancel your subscription (or make any other changes you’d like). If you’re pausing, please include in your email how long you plan to pause it for.

Can I change my subscription quantities?

Yes, you can change the quantity of products in your subscription by logging into your account and clicking on "Manage Subscription" or contact us to do it for you.

What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and clicking on "Order History".

Can I change my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to make changes. Once the order has been shipped, we can't make any changes. We normally ship orders within 1-2 business days.

Do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $12. The total amount after discounts and before tax should be at least $12 to qualify for free shipping.
