How does the refill system work?
Your first subscription order includes the refillable glass bottle. After that, each delivery is a biodegradable refill pouch that you empty into your bottle: no new bottle, less waste, lower cost. If you subscribe to refill pouches only, every delivery is a pouch and no bottle is included.
Does AIR get refill pouches too?
Yes. AIR works the same way as NUR: a glass bottle with your first subscription order, then refill pouches. AIR-branded bottles and pouches are out of stock right now. Rather than print a new run of packaging, we fill the NUR-branded bottles and pouches we already have and add an AIR label, so nothing goes to waste. What is inside is always the fragrance-free AIR formula.
How often does it ship?
Every month by default. After you subscribe, you can switch to every 2 or 3 months, skip a shipment, or move a delivery date from your subscription account.
Can I change my delivery date, frequency, or quantity?
Yes. Sign in to your subscription portal to change when your next order ships, how often it ships, or how many you get. You can also contact us and we will make the change for you.
What if I have too much product?
Skip your next order or push it back. You control the schedule.
How do I pause or cancel?
Sign in to your subscription portal and follow the prompts to pause or cancel. Prefer not to? Just contact us and we will do it for you. If you are pausing, tell us for how long.
How do I log in to manage my subscription?
Go to the subscription portal and enter the email you used at checkout. We send you a login code by email and text, so there is no password to remember. From there you can change orders, dates, frequency, payment method, and address, or cancel.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free within the continental United States on orders of $12 or more after discounts and before tax. Outside the continental US, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Elemental is handcrafted in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.
What is in it?
Magnesium hydroxide with water, witch hazel, arrowroot powder, coconut oil, glycerin, tocopherol, lecithin, and xanthan gum. NUR also contains its current fragrance blend. Ingredient sourcing can vary by lot, so the label on your bottle or refill is the authority for the exact list.
Why does it work so well?
Magnesium, Earth's natural deodorizer, works with the other ingredients to neutralize odor-causing bacteria, absorb wetness, and soothe skin.
Is it aluminum-free, paraben-free, and phthalate-free?
Yes, the current formula is all three. See the label for the exact formula.
Does it contain synthetic fragrances or artificial colors?

How is it different from conventional deodorant?
Elemental is a magnesium-hydroxide deodorant, not an aluminum antiperspirant. The current formula is aluminum-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and baking-soda-free.

Elemental is built around a short magnesium-hydroxide formula, with supporting ingredients for absorbency and skin feel, in a refillable bottle system designed to cut repeat packaging. It is aluminum-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and baking-soda-free.
Are all the ingredients organic?
More than 80% of our ingredients are organic, and the formula is vegan. Because some ingredients come from non-organic lots, we do not call the finished product certified organic. The label has the exact ingredient list.
