1. Magnesium hydroxide — the odor neutralizer
This is the core of the formula. Magnesium hydroxide neutralizes odor at the source instead of masking it with fragrance, and it does this without the high alkalinity that makes baking soda harsh on skin. 2. Arrowroot powder — moisture absorption
Deodorant doesn't block sweat the way antiperspirant does, so moisture management matters. Arrowroot is a plant-derived starch that absorbs wetness and keeps underarms comfortable without clogging anything.
3. Witch hazel — skin conditioning
Witch hazel is a gentle botanical astringent that helps skin feel clean and calm. It also helps the formula go on light instead of greasy.
4. Coconut oil — skin comfort
A small amount of coconut oil conditions skin and keeps the cream smooth. It's one of the reasons the formula stays gentle on freshly shaved skin.
5. Glycerin — glide and moisture
Glycerin is a humectant: it draws moisture toward the skin and gives the cream its easy, non-sticky application.
6. Tocopherol (vitamin E) — keeps the formula fresh
